Open up your base. Crop, resize, etc.

Add a color balance layer, and input these settings: midtones: cyan: -16, magenta: -6, yellow: 5; shadows: cyan: -12, magenta: -2, yellow: 8; highlights: cyan: -15, magenta: 0, yellow: 0. Keep Preserve Luminosity checked.

Add a selective coloring layer, and input these settings: reds: C: -76, M: 17, Y: 2, B: -15; yellows: C: -100, M: -41, Y: -26, B: -7; neutrals: C: 10, M: 0, Y: 0, B: 0.

Add a hue-saturation layer, and input these settings: master saturation: 20.

Add a new layer of 051037, and set it to exclusion 100% opacity. (In GIMP, you would need 3 layers set to screen, screen, and subtract all at 100% opacity.)

Add a curves layer, and input these settings: point 1: output: 99, input: 87; point 2: output: 186, input: 168.

Add a color balance layer, and input these settings: midtones: cyan: 16, magenta: 10, yellow: 16; shadows: cyan: 6, magenta: 1, yellow: -3; highlights: cyan: -9, magenta: 0, yellow: 0. Check Preserve Luminosity.

Add a new layer of ddf4fe, and set it to multiply 100% opacity.

Add this texture by ?, and set it to multiply 100% opacity. (You may want to save the texture because it is a png and has some erased parts)

Add a hue-saturation, and input these settings: master saturation: 15.

Add a channel mixer layer, and input these settings: red input channel: red: 114, green: -30, blue: 2; green input channel: red: -20, green: 122, blue: -8; blue input channel: red: -24, green: 22, blue: 98.

Add this texture by ?, and set it to screen 89% opacity.

Duplicate the original base, bring it to the top, and set it to soft light 100% opacity.

Add a vibrance layer, and input these settings: vibrance: 100, saturation: 100.

Add a brightness-contrast layer, and input these settings: brightness: -20, contrast: 20. Voila! There you have it!
