I've been a sports frenzy this weekend! :D The 2010 World Championships for Short Track was this weekend. Korea did really well this time. Yay! :D Gold for both men's and women's relay. Gold for every event except the 500m in men's and women's and one other event, but I can't remember what the length was, only that it was a women's event. Park Seung-Hee is the reigning women's champion, and Lee Ho-Suk is the reigning men's champion! There's another short track competition this weekend, I believe. I can't wait! :D But while I'm waiting, I'll be watching the figure skating world championships! Yay! I hope to catch some ice dancing tomorrow, if we can find someplace that shows it.

Earlier this afternoon, I watched some of the Manchester United vs. Liverpool soccer game. Wow! Park Ji-Sung is amazing! He made the goal to make the score 2-1 which was how it ended! :D I think I want a #13 jersey! :D

I've been working on the requests and hope to have them done by this weekend. But since classes have started back today, I'm not sure.

I guess I should've waited until I got a 100 banners, but I'm too excited! :D

Sorry about that rant in my last post. I was so frustrated! Now I'm glad that the horrid judge got taken out, and that Ohno finally got his due and was disqualified. I was disappointed that Korea didn't end up with any golds in the last day of short track. :P Oh, well. I'm sure they'll do better next time.

I was so excited to see Kim Yu-na win gold!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew she could do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was also glad that Joannie Rochette did so well despite the death of her mother. She did wonderfully. I thought that Asada Mao did well, too. It's just too bad that she had bad attitude about getting silver. She did her best and should've been proud of herself. But whatever.

I did get to see some of the gala show last night. I'll probably get the whole thing from iTunes or something.

Anyways, enough rambling! :D

What an apt name for the Olympics for me right now! I'm extremely upset with the DQ of the South Korea team in the women's 3000m relay. It's absolutely ridiculous! If Korea gets DQ-ed over that, then Ohno should give back all his medals, Katherine Reutter should've been DQ-ed, and many others should've been DQ-ed as well. Either somebody's been bribing the judges or they are biased. Korea is just that good! Everyone else is just jealous that the Koreans have that kind of speed, or something. :P I hope the Olympics website crashes like it did when Kim Dong Sung was DQ, and Ohno got gold.

Sorry, I just had to get my soapbox. Just ignore me, and go for the textures.

The Winter Olympics has been really thrilling so far! I really enjoyed the Opening Ceremony, especially the parts with the Indians and the Irish jigging! The punk style was a bit weird though.

I'm mostly cheering for Korea, especially in speed skating, short track, and ladies figure skating. The Koreans have been doing pretty well thus far inspite of the crash in short track. I'm sure they'll make up for that, though! I'm really looking forward to the ladies' figure skating which starts on Tuesday. Such a LOOOOOOOONG wait!!!!!!!!!!! Lol.

Tonight will complete the men's skating. I really hope Plushenko wins the gold! I also like the Japanese Takahashi, the Czech Brezina, and the Canadian Chen. Lysacek was okay, I suppose. I didn't really like his style. *shrugs*

I was really happy to see Lindsay Vonn win the gold, despite her shin injury. I hope she does well in her other event as well!
